is Prohibited by Law and Subject to Penalties as mentioned in the Business and
Professions Code Section 2252. CustomHookahs.com has obtained the Cigarette and
Tobacco Products Licensing Act of 2003 Retailer's License through the
California State Board of Equalization. CustomHookahs.com only intends to sell
Hookahs and Hookah Tobacco to Persons 18 Years of Age or older.
As a proactive safety measure, CustomHookahs.com would like
to determine if their customers are in fact 18 Years of Age or older based on
the information they have provided. We would like to ask for your permission so
that we can verify your First Name, Last Name, Address, and your Date of Birth
with a 3rd party Age Verification Service called IDResponse. If we feel suspicious
for any reason at all, we will be able to determine if you are 18 Years of Age
