Refund Policy
At CustomHookahs.com we would like our customers to be happy with their order.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied within 30 days of placing your order,
simply contact us for a refund via email or telephone available on our Contact Us page.
To expedite the return process, please reply to your Order
Confirmation email with an explanation of what items you would like to return
for what reasons. Please provide your contact information such as a day time
telephone number where you can be reached.
The customer is responsible for shipping the
items back in unused condition to our address. If we recieve the items in
unused condition, we will give you a refund on the items returned. The customer
is responsible to pay for any shipping charges from their residence back to
Custom Hookahs.
